What do I need to pre-qualify?

The Meadows’s Affordable Housing Program offers 15 apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 100% AMI (Area Median Income) range and one of the following:

• Employed to primarily work at a physical location within 81601 zip code

• Directly employed by a company that has its principal office located within the 81601 zip code

• Enrolled as a full-time student at a local educational institution

• Is 65 years of age or older or is receiving social security disability benefits

To begin the application, we ask that you present the following documents:

• Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older

• Income verification:

  • 2 months of consecutive paystubs

  • Additional documents may be required depending on each person's source of income
